07-12-08 , Spotsylvania Vol. Fire and Rescue crews along with help from Upper Caroline Vol. Fire Dept. responded to a tractor trailer on fire on I-95 in Spotsylvania Co. Va.
Engine 8 was the 1st to arrive on the scene to find heavy smoke and fire coming from the cab of a tractor trailer. Wagon 4 arrived just minutes later to help put the fire out. All of the other fire crews
were still enroute.

06-28-08 Spotsylvania Vol. Fire and Rescue Crews along with Rescue crews from Chancellor Vol. Rescue Squad respond to a vehicle accident on Rt. 1 at the I-95 South bound Ramp.
When wagon 4 arrived on the scene one patient was already in the ambulance and one patient was laying on the ground. There were still two people inside the car that had to extricated out of the vehicle
and transported to Mary Washington Hospital in Spotsylvania Co. Va. There were also two people in the tow truck that were transported to the hospital

06-14-08 The vehicle was traveling North on I-95 in Spotsylvania Co. Va when the vehicle was hit from the rear pushing the vehicle off of the i_95 into the woods. 5 people were
transported to Mary Washington Hospital

10-27-07 Incident # 13761 at 20:07, Spotsylvania Fire and Rescue crews responded to the Vehicle accident on Rt. 1 just south of the Spotsylvania Parkway in Spotsylvania
Co. Va. A Virginia State Trooper was traveling south on
Rt. 1 when he saw a vehicle traveling in the northbound lanes of Rt. 1 at a high rate of speed. While trying to turn around to pursue the vehicle traveling north the trooper was hit by a vehicle traveling south on Rt. 1. The Virginia State Trooper and the driver of the other vehicle were treated at the scene. This accident is under investigation by The Virginia State Police
