Saturday 4-25-09 at approximately 3:30pm units were dispatched to a structure fire on Camp Town Road. At initial tones dispatched advised responding units they had several reports
of a rapid spreading fire. Units marked on the scene had 2 buildings well envolved and would be beginning a defensive attack. Due to being a non hydrant area units had to establish water supply. After
getting two dump tanks set up and operational units began shuttling water from the nearest hydrant. After about four hours of being on the scene in 90-100 degree temperatures

02-28-09 Incident# 2673 Spotsylvania Vol. Fire Company 4 along with Rescue 4-2 Responded to a vehicle accident on Jeff Davis Hwy at the I-95 North Bound ramp. The Blue SUV was
traveling north on Jeff Davis Hwy trying to turn and enter the I-95 North ramp when it crossed in front of this other vehicle. It was hailing at the time. No one was hurt

02-28-09 Spotsylvania Vol. Fire and Rescue Crew responded to a Chimney Fire on Sutter Lane. Engine 3 was the first unit to arrive on the scene

07-12-08 , Spotsylvania Vol. Fire and Rescue crews along with help from Upper Caroline Vol. Fire Dept. responded to a tractor trailer on fire on I-95 in Spotsylvania Co. Va.
Engine 8 was the 1st to arrive on the scene to find heavy smoke and fire coming from the cab of a tractor trailer. Wagon 4 arrived just minutes later to help put the fire out. All of the other fire crews
were still enroute.

06-28-08 Spotsylvania Vol. Fire and Rescue Crews along with Rescue crews from Chancellor Vol. Rescue Squad respond to a vehicle accident on Rt. 1 at the I-95 South bound Ramp.
When wagon 4 arrived on the scene one patient was already in the ambulance and one patient was laying on the ground. There were still two people inside the car that had to extricated out of the vehicle
and transported to Mary Washington Hospital in Spotsylvania Co. Va. There were also two people in the tow truck that were transported to the hospital

06-14-08, Spotsylvania 911 received a call that a home on Chapman Dr. in Spotsylvania Co. Va had been hit by lighning and was on fire. When fire crews arrived the were meet with
heavy smoke and fire.
